Cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions individual hotel reservations
If you have booked the regular rate, your deposit will be fully refunded in case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. If you have booked the non-refundable rate, no changes can be made and no refund will be issued.

In case of cancellation:
•   Within 14 to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the first night will be charged.
•   Within 7 to 3 days before arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
•   Within 1 or 2 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged (minimum one night).
•   In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.
•   If you shorten your stay after check-in, the full booking amount will be charged.

Cancellation conditions group bookings, events & meetings
•   In case that you are forced to cancel this reservation, you can do this free of charge up to 6 months before the reserved event.
•   Between 3 and 6 months before the reserved event you pay 20% of the total amount.
•   Between 1 and 3 months before the reserved event you pay 40% of the total amount.
•   Within 1 month before the reserved event you pay 60% of the total amount.
•   Between 7 and 14 days before the reserved event, you pay 80% of the total amount.
•   If you cancel 7 days or less before the reserved event, you must pay the full total amount of 100%.
