Everything you need to know for a relaxing stay
Welcome to the Heeren van Noortwyck! We look forward to welcoming you. On this page, you’ll find all the practical information you need to check in fully prepared, from parking and breakfast to our restaurant and useful tips to make the most of your stay with us. This way, you can start relaxing from the moment you arrive.
Deposit
To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit equivalent to the first night. We will send you by e-mail a payment request with a secure link to your email. Using this link, you can easily and safely pay the deposit.
Check-in
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. Should you arrive earlier, please check in at the reception. For arrivals after 6:00 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Parking
Upon arrival, please check in at the reception for advice on parking. On the left side of the hotel, there are two 10-minute parking spaces, please try to use these first. Please note: there is paid street parking 24/7 in front of the hotel, strictly enforced! We recommend always paying via the parking meter or parking app, even for short periods.
If you book through our website, parking is free. If you book through one of our partners, you can get a parking space with us for €12.50 per night. No reservation is necessary, there are always plenty of spaces next to or near the hotel.
Housekeeping
We strive to provide comfort and hygiene for all our guests. To ensure this in a sustainable and efficient way, we have designed our housekeeping and facilities to be both comfortable and flexible for everyone! This means:
- If you would like housekeeping, you can request it for free at the reception.
- Please submit your request by 9:00 PM the day before the desired cleaning.
- For longer stays, we will of course provide fresh linen and housekeeping service.
- For guests staying with a dog, daily housekeeping in the room is provided.
Service Corner
On the 1st floor by room 112, you will find our Service Corner. Here you can, free of charge:
✓ Exchange towels ✓ Use coffee and tea facilities ✓ Get extra toilet paper ✓ Borrow an ironing board with iron
This service is available to all guests at any time during their stay. We hope it contributes to a comfortable and worry-free stay while helping us maintain a more sustainable hotel.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in our hotel for an additional fee in certain rooms. Due to limited space, dogs are not allowed in Budget and Triple rooms. Please contact us directly to reserve a spot for your dog at info@hvnw.nl. If your dog is not registered in advance, we cannot guarantee their stay. During breakfast, you can sit with your dog in a separate area of the breakfast room. You can also enjoy our veranda and terrace with your dog. Dogs are not allowed in our bar or in the restaurant. However, there is a separate area where you can dine with your dog!
Extra Person
If you plan to stay with additional guests (babies, children, or adults), please contact the hotel to arrange a suitable room. A maximum of 2 people is allowed in Budget rooms.
Check-out
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM on your day of departure. If you would like a late check-out, please contact the reception, if possible this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Bar & Restaurant
In our cozy restaurant, you will receive a 10% discount on the à-la-carte dinner when you present your room key. We recommend booking in advance, as it can get busy. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 5:00 PM.
Breakfast
Start your morning right with our breakfast buffet. Enjoy a variety of juices, coffee, tea, milk, or a glass of cava to begin your day in a festive way. Fresh bread with a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts and sweet spreads. Create your own yogurt or enjoy eggs prepared in various ways. We also offer American pancakes, cupcakes and fresh fruit, everything to start your day off perfectly. Please let us know when booking your room if we should take any allergies into account.
Breakfast hours: weekdays from 7:30 AM-10:00 AM; weekends from 8:00 AM-10:30 AM.
Cycle
Noordwijk is the perfect base for a beautiful bike ride through the dunes and bulb fields. During your stay, you are welcome to bring your own bicycle, and the use of our covered bike storage is free of charge. Please let us know at check-in if you have bicycles with you, so we can add access to the storage to your room key. You can also charge your electric bike here, so you’re fully ready for a new ride through the beautiful surroundings of Noordwijk.
